AO DENKOU JITSU

Ao Denkou Jitsu (means "Blue Lightning Techniques") is an American martial art taught and developed by Rick Clark. The art is diverse with influences, but the fundamentals come from Ryukyu Kempo, Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Modern Arnis.
